Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is the white, direct-connect version of the Wessel-Werk EBK360 electric power nozzle, part TABAEBK360DC.

A direct-connect nozzle carries its power through the wand connection itself rather than through a separate power cord running back to the hose handle, so it pairs with an electric wand and an electric hose built specifically for that connection style rather than a battery-powered or plug-in design. Inside, a motor-driven brushroll works ground-in dirt out of carpet fibers in a way a plain suction-only tool cannot, agitating the pile as the vacuum's airflow draws the loosened dirt away.

Because it is a direct-connect nozzle rather than a battery or corded type, confirm your hose and wand are wired for direct-connect power before ordering, so the switch and power circuit line up correctly and the nozzle actually receives power once it is attached.
