Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Wessel Werk 360 Soft-Clean Power Nozzle pairs a motorized brush roll with a QDC quick-disconnect neck and is cross-referenced to Wessel Werk 4847. Its Soft-Clean design suits gentler agitation across carpet and finished floors, with the driven brush lifting dirt as the vacuum draws it in.

Once the brush stops spinning or the bristles wear down, the head loses the agitation that separates it from suction-only cleaning, and carpets keep their embedded grit. A tired belt or clogged roller is often to blame. This replacement nozzle returns full brush action and even, gentle pickup.
