Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details

Central vacuum owners running a plain suction head get the airflow but none of the agitation, and that is the gap this kit fills. Part 99360DC-11LG is the grey EBK 360 power nozzle with an integrated telescopic wand and charger, built for central vacuum systems.

Its brush motor is battery powered and independent of the vacuum's airflow, so brush speed does not sag as filters load or hose runs get long. The head measures 360mm — about 14 inches — the widest in the Wessel-Werk range, and the neck fully articulates so the head lies flat to reach under beds and sofas.

A dry squeegee lets it work across tile, wood, ceramic and vinyl instead of carpet alone, and circuit protection shuts the brush down when something jams rather than letting the motor cook. LED headlights, pedal height adjustment and four soft wheels finish it.
