Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This washable HEPA filter (Part #R12106B) delivers 99.97% HEPA filtration for Rainbow E Series vacuums, specifically the E2 One Speed and E2 Gold One Speed, and replaces Rainbow part #R10520. It captures fine dust, allergens, and pet dander on the exhaust side so cleaned air leaves the machine.

As the filter loads with debris, airflow drops and suction fades. Because this filter is washable, you can rinse it under cool water and air-dry it for reuse rather than replacing it each time, then swap it out once it no longer cleans up to like-new condition.
