Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Telescopic wand for the Vapamore MR-500 Vento, part number 500TELEWAND, sold each. This is the plain version, with no electrical contacts running through it, unlike the electric wand used where a powered nozzle is fitted.

The value of a telescoping wand is that it holds where you set it. Once the lock ring wears or the tube takes a bend, it creeps shut under pressure, wobbles at the joint, and never quite stays at the height that keeps you standing straight. Dents spoil the fit at either end as well, so a wand that has been dropped rarely seats properly again.

Compare it with your existing wand before ordering. The two versions for this machine look alike at a glance and only one of them has contacts at the ends.
