Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details

Pivot axle for the wand release on Riccar power nozzles, part B350-7700, also listed under the number 42374. The two release pedals turn on this pin, and it is what keeps them aligned with the catch they engage.

An axle rarely breaks, but it does wear oval and it does wander out of its bore once the moulded housing around it loosens. Either condition puts slack into the release, and the pedals then feel vague, sit crooked, or bind partway through their travel. A new axle costs little and is the sensible part to fit whenever the mechanism is stripped for a pedal or spring change.
