Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The WallyFlex kit, part TENSGA02, packages five cleaning tools built to work with a WallyFlex stretch hose.

Rather than one all-purpose head, this set gives a stretch-hose station a tool for each job: a floor brush for bare floors, a crevice tool for tight edges and along baseboards, a dusting brush for shelves and blinds, and an upholstery tool for furniture and mattresses, plus two wands to extend reach between the hose and whichever tool is attached. Keeping five dedicated tools on hand at a stretch-hose station means not having to walk back to a central attachment caddy mid-clean for the right head.
