    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    Storage is the main complaint people have about central vacuum hoses, and a stretch design solves it directly: hung on a wall hook or tucked into a cabinet, it collapses down small, then pulls out far enough to cover a whole room before relaxing back once the job is finished. A hose like this typically ends up at a secondary inlet, somewhere carrying a heavy crush-resistant hose full time would be unnecessary: a garage bay, a laundry room, a workbench area, or a vehicle-cleanup spot near the valve.
