Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is the 4-meter (13-foot) white stretch hose assembly for the Wally retractable hose system (Part #TBOWALLY). It is the standard hose that ships with the white Wally unit — a lightweight, expandable central vacuum hose that stretches to length during cleaning and contracts back down for tidy, low-profile storage.

Because the hose expands and self-contracts, there is no heavy coil to wrangle. It opens up to about 13 feet of reach, then relaxes back to a compact size, making it well suited to closets, pantries, and smaller central vacuum installs where bulky hoses get in the way.
