Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This 32-foot replacement power cord (part #10-5806-03) fits the Dyson DC17 upright and comes with terminals pre-attached for a straightforward swap. The cord delivers mains power to the motor and gives the machine its cleaning reach.

A frayed, nicked, or cut cord is a genuine shock and fire hazard and should be taken out of service at once. Internal breaks also cause the vacuum to cut out when the cord is flexed. A new cord restores safe, uninterrupted power and the full 32 feet of reach.
