Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Kirby Odorific deodorizer drops in Vanilla arrive in a concentrated 1/3-ounce bottle and freshen the air as you vacuum. Put a few drops on a cotton ball and place it in the Kirby outer bag, or use them around the home in cans and other spots where odors linger.

Running a vacuum without any freshening simply moves stale, trapped air around the room. A few drops of this concentrated vanilla formula neutralize odors at the source rather than masking them, and the small bottle stretches across many uses.
