Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Built for concrete installations, this rough-in valve kit (part #HS5000RCW) serves the Hide A Hose HS5000 central vacuum valve. It provides the structural mounting point set into the wall during construction, before drywall or finish goes on.

The rough-in is the foundation the finished valve trim mounts to later, so it has to be correct and solidly placed at the framing stage. This concrete kit gives the HS5000 valve a proper anchor in a masonry wall so the finished inlet seats flush and secure.
