Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Part TF1500BV is a Vaculine utility inlet, catalogued by Trovac under central vacuum inlets, valves and dustpans. It is molded in white plastic and gives a garage, workshop, kick space or laundry area its own suction point on the central vacuum PVC network.

A utility inlet is meant for a spot where the vacuum gets used with a short hose or a shop attachment rather than a full house hose. Trovac catalogues it with the rest of the inlets, valves and dustpans in its Vaculine installation-materials range, and it ties into the central vacuum PVC network the same way the rest of that fitting line does.

Solvent weld the inlet body into the pipe run with central vacuum PVC cement, the same adhesive used across the Vaculine line, and let the joint cure before drywall or trim goes back over it. Because it uses the Vaculine solvent-weld standard, plan the tie-in with Vaculine or other central-vacuum-rated pipe and fittings rather than general plumbing PVC of a similar size.
