Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part TF5527BV is a Vaculine PVC adaptor, catalogued by Trovac under central vacuum installation materials. Both ends are spigot style, meaning the fitting itself is sized to slide into the next coupling or fitting rather than receive one, which is the detail to check before you order if your run is already using socket-style joints.

Adaptors like this one exist to carry a central vacuum PVC run through the mix of couplings, elbows and reducers a real installation needs, wherever a straight joint between two spigot ends is the simplest way to close a gap. Runs behind walls and under floors rarely line up perfectly on the first attempt, and a plain adaptor is often the cheapest fix for a short misalignment.

As with the rest of the Vaculine PVC line, the joint is solvent welded. Clean both pipe ends, apply central vacuum PVC cement, and seat the adaptor fully so the bond sets airtight before the line is closed up behind drywall or flooring.
