Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Wiring a 110V inlet involves running standard line-voltage wiring alongside the low-voltage signal wire used at a standard inlet, so plan for that added electrical step when scheduling a new install or upgrade.

Because an electric power nozzle draws line-voltage current through the hose, confirm the hose and power nozzle you plan to use are rated for an electric (110V) connection before wiring this inlet, rather than assuming any hose on hand will carry that current safely.
