Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part B220-0900 is the upright stop spring for the CleanMax ZM800, Titan T500, and Maytag M500 commercial uprights. It is the spring that holds the handle in its upright position once you let go of the machine.

When the spring loses tension or breaks, the handle no longer stays where you put it and drops back as soon as your hand comes off it. On a job site that is more than a nuisance, since an unsupported handle can swing into walls, shelving, or furniture between passes, and it makes the machine awkward to park while you move furniture or change tools.
