Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This replacement upper and lower grip set fits Lux Discovery II and Prolux uprights with rocker switches, including the Lux 6335. The two-piece grip forms the handle you hold to guide and control the vacuum.

Handle grips loosen, crack, and wear smooth over years of use, which makes the vacuum uncomfortable to steer and can leave the handle wobbling in your hand. A fresh grip set restores a firm, secure hold so you keep steady control and reduce hand fatigue during cleaning.
