Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The upper handle assembly for the Bissell 81M9 Trilogy and TripleClean Professional (81M9K) replaces the original handle that carries the machine's controls and gives you leverage during use. This replacement part covers part numbers 2037931 and 203-7931 and sits at the top of the upright body where you grip and steer.

Handle assemblies take constant stress from pushing, pulling, and carrying, so they eventually crack, loosen, or develop play at the mounting points. A loose or broken handle makes the vacuum awkward to control and encourages poor cleaning posture. Fitting a sound replacement restores firm, comfortable steering.
