Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part B480-2114B is the upper crevice tool clip, modified version, for MV series Riccar and Simplicity uprights. The clip is the retainer that keeps the crevice tool stowed on the machine, and this is the upper of a pair, not the lower wand-holder clip.

Clips like this fail in a predictable way: the arms lose their spring, the tool starts to rattle, and eventually it drops off mid-clean. Because it is listed as the modified version, compare the mounting tab against the clip you are removing rather than assuming an older style is identical.
