Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Expedited UPS Ground is available at checkout for an extra charge, including on orders that qualify for free standard shipping. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This upholstery tool is a replacement fabric attachment for Riccar Vibrance uprights, the Riccar 7300, and the Simplicity Symmetry and 6 Series uprights. It is the hand tool meant for cushions, stairs, and car interiors, work the full-width floor nozzle is the wrong shape to do well.

Upholstery holds nearly as much pet hair and dust as carpet does, and it rarely gets the attention the floor gets during a normal cleaning pass. Keeping this tool with the machine, rather than losing it to a drawer or a closet, means fabric surfaces get the same regular treatment as the rest of the house.

This is the attachment most often missing from an otherwise complete machine, since it detaches between jobs more than the floor nozzle does. A correct replacement restores the fabric side of what these uprights were built to do.
