Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Over time, the original belt stretches, glazes, or cracks, which slows the agitator and weakens carpet pickup. Swapping in a fresh belt restores the brushroll's RPM and the deep-cleaning agitation the RugRat is known for.

This belt is engineered specifically for the compact RugRat hand turbo tool, an air-driven mini powerhead used for stairs, upholstery, and tight areas on central vacuum and canister systems. The rubber compound is formulated to grip the pulley and brushroll shaft without slipping under load.
