Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This replacement air-driven motor assembly (Part #6322) is made for the H-P Products Rug Rat turbine tool. The turbine motor spins the brush roll using suction airflow alone, so the tool needs no electricity to agitate carpet.

When the turbine bearings wear or the vanes clog with hair and debris, the brush roll slows or stops turning even though suction still reaches the tool. A worn assembly leaves carpet under-agitated. Fitting a fresh turbine unit returns the brush roll to full speed.
