Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part TFFIL2RLUS is a full 1000 ft spool of the low-voltage wire that ties a central vacuum system's wall inlets back to its power unit. Opening any one of those inlet valves sends a signal down this wiring to start the motor, so the run has to stay continuous from the inlet all the way back to the unit.

Buying a full spool makes the most sense for a whole-house rough-in that reaches several inlets, or for a shop that burns through this wire steadily across service calls, since running short partway into a job means either splicing in a second source or stopping to track more down. Working off one continuous spool also means every inlet run in a job comes from the same piece of wire rather than a mix of odd leftover lengths.
