Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

TS050-W18-U is the Tornado Vortex with an 18 inch cleaning path, a multi-surface automatic scrubber intended to run across the mix of flooring a single building usually contains.

An 18 inch deck is a practical middle ground. It clears enough square footage per hour to make a real difference over mopping, yet it still turns inside restrooms, break rooms, entryways and retail aisles where a 26 or 28 inch machine has to be backed out. Scrubbing, then immediately recovering the dirty solution, also leaves the floor walkable right away instead of wet for the next twenty minutes.
