Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Part WD31 is the floor brush assembly for Tornado Taskforce wet/dry vacuums, the dry-pickup head rather than the squeegee. Its bristles work grit and litter free of the surface so the vacuum can pull that debris away.

Reserve the brush for dry messes and switch over to a squeegee once you hit standing water. Dragging bristles through slurry flattens them fast and drags the tool to a crawl, which is exactly why most crews carry both heads on the machine and swap between them as conditions change. Bristle tips that have gone stiff or splayed will stop lifting fine debris even though the assembly still looks fine from a few feet away.
