Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

WD25 is the ten-foot hose assembly for Tornado Taskforce wet/dry vacuums. It arrives complete rather than as bulk hose, so the cuffs are already fitted and the assembly drops onto the tank inlet without cutting or clamping work on your part.

Hose is the part of a wet/dry vacuum that dies first: it gets driven over, kinked in storage and dried out by whatever was picked up last. A split anywhere along the run bleeds suction long before it is obvious at the nozzle, so a hose that whistles or has gone soft near a cuff is worth replacing outright.
