    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    Product details

    Solution tank kit for the Tornado OB 20 orbital floor machine, part 90052. Fitting it lets the machine carry and lay down its own cleaning solution as it works, so nobody is following behind with an applicator or wetting the floor by hand ahead of the pass.

    On finish removal and deep scrub work the solution has to keep arriving under the pad. A section that flashes off part-way through leaves the abrasive dragging on a dry floor and the residue to be picked up twice, which costs more time than the tank ever will. Carrying the supply on the machine keeps the flow with the head and one operator on the job instead of two.
