    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    Product details

    Dust control kit for the Tornado OB 20 orbital floor machine, ordered as part 90047. It is the accessory that captures airborne dust at the machine on dry passes, instead of leaving it to drift and settle back across the area that has just been worked.

    Dust capture is often the difference between being allowed to run a floor during occupied hours and being pushed onto a night shift, and it does the work itself a favor as well: dust left lying on the surface sits between the abrasive and the floor and slows the cut. On an occupied site it also cuts the amount of protection and masking that has to go up before the machine starts.
