    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    Tornado's Floorkeeper FKS 28D, part 99128DC, is the 28-inch disk scrubber with traction drive, shipped complete on lead-acid batteries. Traction drive means the machine propels itself rather than relying on the operator to push a loaded frame, which matters over long distribution-floor and corridor runs where a walk-behind gets heavy as the solution tank empties into the recovery tank.

    The 28 in. deck runs a pair of tools rather than one: pad drivers 99228, soft brushes 99229 and medium brushes 99230 are each listed as 14 in. and required in twos. Squeegee blades are the 35 in. Linatex set, 75128 rear and 75129 front. If your floors are textured or coated and you would rather scrub than spin, the orbital 28 in. machines are 99128ORB, 99128ORBC and 99128ORBCG.
