    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This is the 14 in. pad driver for the Tornado FKS 28 disk scrubber, model 99128D. The 28 in. deck uses a twin-disk layout and takes two drivers, so part 99228 is ordered in pairs.

    • Function: holds a floor pad on the drive hub

    Drivers let the same scrubber switch between pad and brush work with no other change to the deck: mount the drivers, press a pad onto each gripper face, and the machine is set up for daily cleaning or stripping depending on the pad chosen. Worn drivers announce themselves as pads that walk loose or spin off under load — at that point the gripper face has lost its bite and the driver is due for replacement.
