    Shipping Information

    We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This is the bare-machine version of the Tornado Floorkeeper FKS 28 orbital automatic scrubber, ordered as 99128ORB. Batteries are not part of this configuration - it suits fleets that already stock a battery standard, or buyers who want to specify their own pack rather than take what ships in a bundle.

    An orbital deck vibrates the pad through a short stroke instead of rotating it, so it works into textured surfaces and grout and holds a flat contact patch across the width of the pass. On a 28 in. machine that covers ground quickly without the swirl marks a rotary can leave in soft finish. Squeegee blades are the 35 in. Linatex pair, 75128 rear and 75129 front. Battery-equipped versions of the same machine are 99128ORBC on lead acid and 99128ORBCG on sealed AGM gel.
