    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    Soft scrub brush for the 24 in. Tornado FKS 24, model 99124D. The deck runs two 12 in. brushes side by side, so replacements go in as a matched pair — order two of part 99225 to keep both sides cutting the same.

    Soft bristles are the choice where the floor surface matters more than scrubbing force: polished stone, freshly finished VCT, and anywhere a stiffer brush would leave swirl marks.
