    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    Part 99120ORBCG is the Tornado Floorkeeper FKS 20 in its orbital form, supplied complete with sealed AGM gel batteries so the machine arrives ready to charge and run. Orbital scrubbing drives the pad in a tight vibrating pattern rather than spinning it, which strips finish and lifts soil from grout lines and textured floors with less water and less chemical than a rotary head needs to do the same job.
