Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Bearing holder for the edge brush on Tornado ultra-lightweight uprights, supplied with the bearing already fitted. Order it as part B013-1500. This is the clamping-style version used on ULW-platform machines, where the holder closes around the brush shaft rather than pressing into a moulded pocket.

A worn bearing shows itself before it fails outright. The edge brush starts to wobble, the brush note rises to a whine, and bristle wear turns uneven from one end to the other. Replacing the holder and bearing as one assembly saves pressing a loose bearing into place and getting the alignment wrong.
