Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Crevice tool K69062400, the narrow tapered attachment supplied with Tornado CV and CVD series commercial uprights. It reaches into edges, upholstery seams, stair corners and the gap between baseboard and carpet where a floor nozzle simply cannot get.

Attachments go missing far more often than they wear out — left in a room, knocked off a cart, dropped down a stairwell — so this is usually a restocking line rather than a repair. Order it on its own by number.
