Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Brute Force 2000 Glazer, SKU 98482B, is a 2,000 RPM burnisher from Tornado. At that speed the pad is no longer scrubbing. It heats the top of the floor finish and re-flows it, closing over scuffs and heel marks and bringing back the wet-look gloss that a scrubber on its own will never produce.
