Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Brute Force 17, SKU 97562B, is a heavy duty single-disc floor machine with a 17 inch path and a 1.5 horsepower motor. Single-disc machines stay in service for decades because the frame is generic to the job: change what you bolt underneath and the same unit scrubs tile, strips old finish, shampoos carpet or polishes a coated floor.

Seventeen inches is the size most crews default to. It clears standard doorways, gets into restrooms and around fixtures, and is easier for a new operator to keep straight than a wider deck. If your floors are mostly open, step up to the Brute Force 20 (97564B). Pad drivers mount on the right-hand-thread center, part F44P, which is used with the X8862 pad driver.
