    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    Tornado's BR 33/30, SKU 99785C, is the larger ride-on automatic scrubber in the BR range, delivered complete with lead acid batteries installed. It belongs on sites where sheer floor area is the whole problem: distribution centers, big-box retail, manufacturing aisles and arena concourses, the places where a walk-behind runs out of shift before it runs out of floor.

    Deck consumables are specific to the BR 33 and go two to a machine: the black medium cylindrical roll (48906050) for general work and the hard grit roll (48906070) for heavily soiled or textured surfaces. The rear squeegee, part 48406100, is shared with the BR 28 and BD 33 machines. Flooded lead acid batteries need a watering schedule and a ventilated charging point, so budget for both when you plan the install.
