Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

SKU 99775CG is the BR 28/27 ride-on automatic scrubber supplied complete with AGM gel batteries. Sealed cells change how the machine lives between shifts: no watering schedule, no electrolyte to spill if the unit is tipped for service, and no acid gassing where it charges. That is normally why they get specified for hospitals, schools and food premises, and for any operation whose charging point is a corner of a storeroom rather than a dedicated battery room.

Sealed batteries cost more up front in exchange for a maintenance-free charging routine.
