We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Tornado's BD 17/6 is a battery-powered compact automatic scrubber, part 99617, sized for the places a full-size machine cannot follow: under counters, between fixtures, and through the small and mid-sized rooms that otherwise get mopped by default.

  • Cleaning path: 17 in.
  • Coverage: up to 16,200 sq. ft. per hour
  • Recovery tank: 6 gallons
  • Power: AGM battery with on-board charger
  • Squeegee: curved parabolic, swings a full 180 degrees

The parabolic squeegee lifts solution back off the floor as soon as the brush lays it down, and because it swings through 180 degrees the floor stays dry behind the machine even on tight turns — the difference between a scrubbed floor and a wet one everyone has to walk around.

Brushes, pad holders and replacement squeegee blades for the BD 17/6 are stocked separately, including 17-inch standard, poly, Tynex and mixed-fill scrub brushes.
