Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The rear blade rides behind the deck and forms the seal that lets the recovery vacuum pull water off the floor, so it wears faster than any other wear part on the machine and is the first thing to check when a scrubber starts leaving streaks or wet trails.
