Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Tornado's M 20 Dual Speed Floor Machine, part 98484, combines a metal housing with a dual-capacitor 1.5 HP motor, so the same base handles lower-speed stripping and scrub work as well as ultra high-speed polishing. The wider deck covers noticeably more ground in a single sweep than the 17 in. version, which counts on long corridors and open retail floors. Tornado rates it at 175 RPM for stripping and 320 RPM for polishing.

Pads and brushes are matched to the deck, not the housing, so verify that anything you buy is rated for a 20 in. machine rather than the narrower one.

Give the brush or pad driver a break between jobs instead of letting the machine's full weight rest on it for extended storage, since a driver held under compression can flatten unevenly and cause a wobble at the next startup. Look over the power cord for nicks or fraying before plugging in, since floor-machine cords see harder wear being dragged across job sites than most other cords in a cleaning fleet.
