Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Standard-length replacement line for Tornado carpet extractors, ordered as 95569A. The assembly runs twenty feet and handles both jobs at once: it feeds solution under pressure out to the wand and returns the dirty recovery air back to the machine.

Twenty feet is the working default for most portable extractor jobs — enough reach to clean a guest room, an office or a section of corridor from a single parked position, without the coiling and storage penalty of a 50 ft. line.
