Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The standard 17 in. brush for Tornado BD 17 and BD 33 automatic scrubbers, running 0.6 mm bristle. Stock it under part 48903120.

This is the brush most operators run day in and day out. The 0.6 mm filament is a general-duty gauge: flexible enough that it will not mar smooth commercial flooring, stiff enough to agitate everyday traffic soil once the machine puts its weight behind it.
