Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This 17 in. brush uses a 5 mix bristle and fits Tornado BD 17 and BD 33 automatic scrubbers. It is listed as part 48903150.

Mixed bristle brushes combine filaments of different character in one head. Finer bristle stays in contact with the surface and moves solution around; heavier bristle reaches into low spots and works at soil that has bonded to the floor. Operators reach for a mix when a single-gauge brush leaves either too much dirt behind or too much mark on the finish.
