    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    Fourteen-inch floor tool with fiber inserts, part 90642, built on the 1-1/2 in. connection used by the Tornado Taskforce External Air and Jumbo Vac machines. Fiber strips do on dry floors what a rubber lip does on wet ones: they loosen grit and lint and steer it toward the intake instead of gliding over the top of it.

    This is the tool for dry debris on hard floors, and for carpet, where a solid rubber lip tends to seal against the pile and choke off the airflow that does the actual work. The wet-side version in the same width is 90644, and both use the identical 1-1/2 in. fitting, so they swap on one wand.
