Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Amber 5-mix scrub brush, 13 inches, for Tornado BD 14 and BD 26 automatic scrubbers. Part number 48903050.

A mixed-bristle brush blends filaments rather than using one uniform gauge. The result is a brush that hits at more than one level: finer filament sweeps the surface and carries solution, while the coarser filament digs at bonded soil. On rough or heavily soiled floors that combination clears more in a single pass than a single-gauge brush of the same size.
