Returns & Exchanges

Riccar's parts catalog lists part A732-0900 as the mounting screw for the onboard tool clip on 4000-series Vibrance uprights, No. 6-32 thread with a 7/16 in. shank. It is a small fastener holding a part that gets touched every single time an attachment goes on or comes off the machine.

The clip pins a small attachment, such as the crevice nozzle or a dusting brush, flat against the machine body, and that constant pulling and pushing is exactly what loosens the screw underneath it over time. When the screw finally goes missing, the clip is usually already rattling, or has come loose with the tool still clipped in.
