Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Titan TCS-5525 is a central vacuum power unit built to install once and disappear into a garage or utility room, connected by pipe to wall inlets throughout the house. Model TCS-5525 carries a 6 gallon collection canister and produces 124 inches of water lift, the figure that determines how much suction survives the trip through long pipe runs to a bedroom or basement far from the unit itself.
Because the motor and canister live outside the rooms you actually clean, day-to-day noise stays confined to the mechanical space, and the exhaust vents outdoors rather than recirculating fine dust back through a bag or filter the way a portable vacuum does. A 6 gallon canister goes longer between emptyings than a portable machine, which matters most in a household that vacuums in short bursts rather than one long weekly session.

Water lift is worth understanding before comparing models. It is not raw airflow at the unit, it is the pressure the motor can hold against as suction travels down narrow pipe and around elbows before it reaches a hose. A unit rated at 124 inches has plenty of reserve for a typical single-family layout, but a home with an unusually long run to the farthest inlet, or a second story added onto an existing system, is a better fit for one of Titan's higher-lift power units.
Central vacuum power units are sized to a home's pipe run and square footage rather than swapped freely between houses, so if you are replacing an existing TCS-5525, confirm the low-voltage wiring and inlet connections at your current mount before ordering.
