Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This crevice tool is finished in black, with a 1-1/4 inch (32mm) opening, sized to fit the Titan T1400 and other machines using the same standard connection, sold as part 32-1820-66. At 9 inches it is short enough to angle into tight spots like the folds of a car seat or along a baseboard trim without the flex you get from a longer wand.
A crevice tool like this earns its keep on jobs a floor nozzle cannot reach: stair corners, radiator fins, the gap between a cushion and the arm of a sofa. Because it slides directly onto the hose or wand end rather than swiveling or rolling, the part that wears is the friction fit itself. Once the opening has worn loose from repeated on-and-off use, the tool sits loose and can slip free mid-stroke, which is usually the point people replace it rather than living with a wobble. A crevice tool that has cracked along its narrow tip after being wedged into a tight gap is the other common reason it gets swapped out.
